Terms of Sourcing — Bosphorus Pharma

These Terms of Sourcing apply when you submit a Product Sourcing Request through bospharma.com toBOSPHORUS PHARMA DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Bosphorus Pharma"). The service is intended for businesses and professionals.

1. Nature of a sourcing request

A Product Sourcing Request is an enquiry. It is not a purchase order or an offer to buy.
Submitting a request does not create a binding sales contract or any purchase obligation.

2. Review and follow-up

Bosphorus Pharma reviews sourcing requests and follows up where sourcing appears feasible. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a commercial proposal will be made.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that the product is available or that sourcing will be successful.
No fixed response time applies. Timing depends on the product, the specifications and the responses of suppliers and manufacturers.

3. Factors affecting feasibility

Whether and how a request can be fulfilled may depend on, among other things:

supplier and manufacturer availability and responses;
product specifications and the documentation required;
regulatory requirements, including registration and licensing;
the requirements of the destination country, including import requirements;
commercial feasibility.

4. Commercial terms require separate confirmation

Prices, availability, quantities, timelines, Incoterms, payment terms and any other commercial terms are not binding unless separately confirmed in writing by Bosphorus Pharma.
Any transaction requires a separate commercial agreement or written acceptance by both parties.

5. Your responsibilities

Provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Only upload documents that you are entitled to share with us, and that you have the right or authority to provide for the purpose of your request.
Do not upload personal data that is not needed for the request, and do not upload sensitive personal data such as health data.

6. Declining requests

Bosphorus Pharma may decline any request that is not commercially, legally, technically or regulatorily feasible.

7. Personal data

Personal data included in your request is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice.
